1. What types of plants do you sell?

We sell a wide range of flower plants, fruit plants, indoor plants, outdoor plants, ornamental plants, and seasonal plants. All plants are healthy, nursery-grown, and ready for planting.


2. Are the plants live?

Yes. All products listed on Karikar.in are live plants unless clearly mentioned otherwise.


3. How are plants packed for shipping?

We use breathable, shock-proof packaging to protect roots, soil, and stems during transit.
Minor leaf loss or bending can happen—it is normal and plants recover quickly.


4. How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take longer due to courier network limitations.


5. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to most locations across India using trusted courier partners.


6. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on selected products or during promotional offers.

7. What if the plant arrives damaged or dead?

If your plant arrives damaged, dead, or in poor condition, we offer a free replacement.
You must provide:

  • Unboxing video (without cuts)
  • Clear photos

These must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.


8. Can I return a plant?

No. Since plants are live and perishable, we do not accept returns.
Replacement is available only for damage during transit.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
After dispatch or packing, cancellations are not allowed.


10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (if integrated)

All payments are processed securely.


11. Will the plant look exactly like the picture?

Plants are natural and may vary slightly in:

  • Height
  • Leaf size
  • Color
  • Pot style (if not specified)

We always ship plants of equal or better quality.


12. Do the plants come in pots?

Most plants come in grow bags or nursery pots unless the product page states a decorative pot.


13. What should I do after receiving the plant?

  • Open the package immediately
  • Keep the plant in shade for 24 hours
  • Water lightly
  • Do not repot immediately—wait 7–10 days for plant stabilization

14. Do you provide plant care guidance?

Yes. Each product has basic care tips, and our support team can guide you via WhatsApp/Email.
