Replacement is eligible if:

- You provide an unboxing video + clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Not eligible:
- No unboxing video
- Wrong address / missed delivery attempts
- Damage after delivery due to weather, care, or handling
- Variation in plant size/appearance
Refunds are issued only under special cases like duplicate payments, cancelled orders before dispatch, or lack of stock for replacement.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
