We take great care in delivering live plants, flowers, and fruit plants safely to your doorstep.
Since plants are perishable and live products, our shipping and return terms are designed to ensure smooth and responsible delivery.


2. Shipping Policy

a) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • During busy seasons or weather-related delays, processing time may be extended.

  • Custom packing or rare plant orders may require additional time.

b) Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Remote area deliveries may take longer.

  • All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

c) Packaging of Live Plants

  • Each plant is packed with breathable materials to ensure minimum stress during transit.

  • Soil spillage, minor leaf loss, or slight bending may occur—this is normal during shipping.

d) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may apply on selected products or during promotional offers.


3. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Since plants are live and perishable, we follow a limited return policy.

a) Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement if:

  • The plant arrives damaged, dead, or in extremely poor condition.

  • You received the wrong product.

b) Conditions for Replacement

  • You must share unboxing video + clear photos of the damaged plant within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The video must show the package being opened without any cuts/pauses.

  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot issue a replacement (standard nursery policy).

c) Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Plants damaged due to late pickup, incorrect address, or delivery attempts missed.

  • Damage caused due to weather conditions after delivery.

  • Plant growth issues after 24 hours of delivery (since this depends on care, sunlight, watering, climate).


4. Refund Policy

Refund is provided only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment

  2. Order cancelled before dispatch

  3. Product unavailable or out of stock

  4. If replacement is not possible due to lack of stock

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the plant is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If cancelled after dispatch, only shipping charges may be deducted (if refund is approved).


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Karikar.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if:

  • The customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • The customer does not answer delivery calls,

  • The package is refused at the doorstep.

Reshipping may incur extra charges.
